Problem Analysis – Net Metering Systems & The Texas Public Energy Initiative (TPEI)

Texans want cash payments, not credits, for generating power from solar panels and wind turbines on their roofs and properties. Texas presently does not have a state-wide net metering system in place so citizens can connect to the power grid on a county-by-county basis.
